The Mamma Mia sequel, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, is hitting theaters in just a few hours and it’s expected to dominate this weekend’s box office!

The film is currently receiving some fun reviews, and when the credits begin rolling, you’re going to want to stay in your seat! There’s a song performed in the credits and after the credits, there’s a quick, fun blooper scene!

Returning to the cast are Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper as Sophie and Sky, Meryl Streep as Donna, Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgard, and Colin Firth as Sophie’s three possible dads: Sam, Bill and Harry, and Christine Baranski and Julie Walters as Tonya and Rosie.

Joining the cast from the first film Lily James as Young Donna, Cher as Sophie’s grandma, Alexa Davies as young Rosie, Jessica Keenan Wynn as young Tonya, Jeremy Irvine as young Sam, Josh Dylan as young Bill, and Hugh Skinner as young Harry.

Christine Baranski stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday (July 18) ahead of the U.S. release of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again.

The two-time Tony winner talked all about reprising her role as Tanya from the first Mamma Mia! film ten years later, as host Seth pointed out, she’s still high-kicking.

“It’s my one good dance move. It’s the one thing I do: I do high kicks,” Christine said.

Christine then went on to say that co-star Cher also noticed her high-kicking: “She was across the room and I had my favorite Cher moment. Across the party at the premiere she went, ;Hey, you high-kicking bitch!’,” Christine recalled, doing her best Cher impression.

“We had so much fun making this movie,” Christine concluded. “We had great fun making the first one and even more fun the second one. It’s so much better than the first one.”

Cher and Meryl Streep hit the blue carpet together while attending the world premiere of their anticipated film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again held at the Eventim Apollo on Monday (July 16) in London, England.

The superstars, who both starred in 1983′s Silkwood together, were joined at the event by their co-stars Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Christine Baranski and Stellan Skarsgard.

Also in attendance to show their support was Meryl‘s The Post Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson, Andy Garcia, Pierce‘s wife Keely Shaye Smith, Colin‘s wife Livia Firth and Stellan‘s wife Megan Everett.

Lily James and Amanda Seyfried are gorgeous as they strike a pose on the blue carpet at the gala premiere of their anticipated film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again held on Wednesday (July 11) in Stockholm, Sweden.

The 29-year-old actress and Amanda, 32, were joined at the event by their cast mates Christine Baranski, Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely Shaye Smith, and Stellan Skarsgard.

That same day, Lily and Amanda rocked more casual ensembles to join their co-stars as well as composers Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, and producer Judy Craymer at their Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again press conference held at the Grand Hotel.

The 32-year-old Orphan Black actress and the 27-year-old The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel actress both looking stunning at the ceremony.

On the poster, you can see Meryl Streep as Donna, Julie Walters as Rosie, Christine Baranski as Tanya, Amanda Seyfried as Sophie, Dominic Cooper as Sky, and Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgård and Colin Firth as Sophie’s three possible dads: Sam, Bill and Harry.

In addition, Lily James, Josh Dylan, Hugh Skinner, Jeremy Irvine, Alexa Davies, Jessica Keenan Wynn, Andy Garcia and Cher are new to the cast in roles that go back and forth in time to show how the relationships between characters were forged.

Emily Blunt happily poses alongside her husband John Krasinski while attending Variety’s 2018 Power of Women: New York held at Cipriani Wall Street on Friday (April 13) in New York City.

The happy couple and A Quiet Place co-stars were joined at the event by Viola Davis and her husband Julius Tennon, Emily Mortimer, Christine Baranski, Padma Lakshmi, Grace Vanderwaal, Ronan Farrow, Samantha Bee and Robin Roberts.

Emily, 35, who was honored at the event, hit the stage to discuss how the topic of girls’ education “moves and matters” to her greatly.

“They yearn to learn, they crave it,” Emily said of her daughters Hazel and Violet (via Variety). “They are lucky enough — and as was I and as were most girls that I knew growing up — that your dreams were never going to fall on deaf ears, and that your thoughts and voice mattered and could make a difference.”
