Mario Lopez is shirtless sexy while carrying his baby daughter Gia during a vacation at Villa del Palmar on Saturday (June 29) in Cancun, Mexico.

The 39-year-old Extra host was seen sharing romantic kisses with his pregnant wife Courtney Mazza, who flaunted her growing baby bump in a bikini.

Mario and Courtney have been vacationing for a week and have enjoyed lots of time at the beach and spa, and tasting culinary offerings at the resort’s restaurants, such as Hiroshi, Zama, and LaCasona STK.

Mario and his family also showed their dangerous side by swimming with whale sharks.

Mario Lopez and his wife Courtney Mazza are expecting their second child together, according to Extra.

“I am the happiest father in the world. We cannot wait to welcome baby Lopez number two into our lives,” the 39-year-old television personality said in a statement.

Mario and Courtney have a two-year-old daughter together named Gia. The couple got married this past December in Mexico.

To announce the news, Mario and his family appeared on Extra! at the Grove, where Gia showed off a shirt that read “Big Sister Gia.”

The 31-year-old pop star and the 20-year-old “Give Your Heart a Break” singer were joined by their fellow judges Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid, as well as hosts Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez (with new wife Courtney Mazza).

The top four contestants Tate Stevens, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Emblem3, and Fifth Harmony were also in attendance.

The 39-year-old X Factor host wed Courtney in a Mexican beach wedding earlier in the day on Saturday (December 1), where their daughter Gia, 2, acted as the flower girl, according to Us Weekly.
