Ryan Reynolds throws up Black Panther‘s “Wakanda forever” salute while hitting the red carpet at the premiere of his latest film Deadpool 2 held at the Roppongi Hills on Tuesday (May 29) in Tokyo, Japan.

The 41-year-old actor was joined at the event by his co-star Shiori Kutsuna, as well as host Toshi of X.

On Sunday (May 27), Ryan took to his Twitter to suggest a Deadpool and Guardians of the Galaxy crossover to Guardians director and screenwriter James Gunn.

“Yesterday I finally saw @deadpoolmovie 2, which I loved, and also the brilliant #Revenge,” James recently tweeted. “Two completely different, fantastic films – cinema’s alive! Thanks @DavidMLeitch @VancityReynolds @coraliefargeat @MatildaLutz for a great day at the movies.”

Ryan saw the opportunity and responded with: “Thank you James! Crossover?” James quipped with a simple “Yes please.”

Taylor Swift is sharing her thoughts after seeing her pet cats Olivia and Meredith in Deadpool 2!

The 28-year-old “Delicate” singer took to her Instagram Stories on Monday (May 21) to post her reaction.

The first pic features a snap of Ryan Reynolds‘ Deadpool wearing his “Olivia & Meredith Best Friends Purrrrr-Ever” shirt during the scene in the movie.

“I’m so proud of my fuzzy daughters,” Taylor captioned it, adding, “Thanks @vancityreynolds” with a laughing emoji.

Taylor‘s second post is a video in which she tells Meredith the news. “I wanted to tell you something, it’s really important,” she says. “Deadpool 2 – they put you and your sister on a shirt in the movie. You hear her purring? She’s really happy.”

Finally, Taylor shared Olivia‘s reaction, asking her, “How do you feel about the shirt? The world is dying to know. No comment?” She captioned that one “She’s very private.”

Deadpool 2 reigned supreme at the weekend box office!

The Ryan Reynolds-lead film debuted at $125 million in its first weekend at the box office, knocking Avengers: Infinity War out of the top spot for the first time in weeks.

The newest Avengers movie had enjoyed three weeks as the box office leader, but moved into second place this week after earning $28.6 million in its fourth weekend.

Rounding out the top five are Book Club, Life of the Party, and Breaking In, which earned $12.5 million, $7.7 million, and $6.4 million.

Be sure to stay after the credits as there is a sequence that starts once the movie ends. Once the (awesome) sequence ends, you can feel free to leave as there is nothing else at the very end of the credits. We won’t spoil anything as of right now, but it’s definitely worth it to stay in your seats!

An investigation into the death of Deadpool stunt woman Joi “SJ” Harris is revealing new details about the accident.

The preliminary investigation has revealed that the incident was likely a freak, low-speed accident.

According to Deadline, SJ had completed five takes of her stunt, which never exceeded more than about 10 miles an hour, before crashing her motorcycle.

The stunt involved driving the bike “out of the open doors of a building, across a concrete pad and down a ramp that had been built over three stairs and coming to a stop on the stair landing.”

Instead of coming to a stop, SJ reportedly continued past the end of the ramp and struck the concrete sidewalk curb, which caused her to be thrown off the motorcycle.
