Desiigner was arrested on Thursday night (September 9) and he is facing felony drug and weapons charges.

The 19-year-old “Panda” rapper was riding in an SUV when the passengers of the car began yelling at the driver of another car. Desiigner allegedly pointed a gun at the driver of the other car.

The SUV drove away, but the other driver wrote down the license plate number and the cops eventually found the car. After it was searched, Oxycontin and other drugs were found. All five people in the car were arrested and charged with “criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell,” according to TMZ.

Because Desiigner allegedly pointed a gun at the other driver, he was also “charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon and menacing.”

Desiigner is up for two nominations tonight – Best New Artist and Best Hip Hop Video for his hit song “Panda.”

Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin head out of an apartment to go to a movie on Saturday night (July 10) in New York City.

Earlier in the day, Hailey took on hosting duties at the REVOLVE Summer Splash Party in the Hamptons where rapper Desiigner and D.R.A.M. performed and Jamie Chung, Chanel Iman, Louise Roe, and Luka Sabbat attended.

During the party, Hailey and Chanel were seen snapping their best “panda faces” while Jamie played a game of corn hole.

Demi Lovato is all smiles after her surprise duet with Jamie Foxx during her concert held at Barclays Center on Friday night (July 8) in New York City.

The 23-year-old singer and tour mate Nick Jonas had another special guest for their Future Now stop — rapper Desiigner!

At one point, Nick apologized to a fan about their lateness at the soundcheck party because they were gearing up for Jamie and Desiigner.

“Sorry about the wait. Getting big surprises for tonight sorted out. Will start soon,” he wrote on Twitter.

Desiigner takes the stage to perform his summer smash hit song “Panda” at the 2016 BET Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (June 26) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old entertainer performed for the screaming crowd at the live show. Watch the video below!
