Britney Spears isn’t a stranger to putting her family on blast over their comments about her, and she’s calling out her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, once again.

If you didn’t know, Jamie Lynn is starring in a new reality series called Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test on Fox, and during the premiere episode, revealed that it wasn’t easy being Britney‘s sister.

“I’m so proud of her, love her to death,” Jamie Lynn first stated on the series, “but I don’t know. Sometimes I feel like I don’t really have anything for myself.”

She then added that she did sometimes feel “worthless” because of struggles to find her own way in her sister’s shadow, saying “It just feels like every time I work really hard to get something on my own, it’s like it’s not really worth it.”

Jamie Lynn Spears opened up about being the little sister of Britney Spears in the first episode of her reality show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

The 31-year-old Sweet Magnolias actress has been in a fraught relationship with the 41-year-old “Oops…I Did It Again” pop star since Britney was freed from her conservatorship in 2021.

The relationship was particularly tense after Jamie Lynn published a memoir featuring allegations about Britney, which led to the singer’s legal team issuing a cease and desist letter.

Despite their tense moments, Jamie Lynn got candid about their relationship while on camera for the show.
