Here’s some amazing news for all the Veronica Mars marshmallows out there!

The entire cast is set to appear in the upcoming, eight-episode web series Play It Again, Dick, which originally just starred Ryan Hanson as his infamous character Dick Casablancas and a fictionalized version of himself.

According to Buzzfeed, Kristen Bell, Jason Dohring, Enrico Colantoni, Percy Daggs III, Daran Norris, Francis Capra, Kyle Gallner, Christopher B. Duncan, Chris Lowell, Ken Marino, Amanda Noret, and Lisa Thornhill are all confirmed to appear.

Not only will the actors play their characters, but they’ll also play super meta versions of themselves too! Meanwhile, Ryan Delvin will replace Teddy Dunn as Duncan Kane.

Kristen recently chatted with Buzzfeed and played a game of “Kiss, Marry, Kill” with characters from Veronica Mars. Here is her answer for Logan Echolls (Dohring), Eli ‘Weevil’ Navarro (Capra), and Stosh ‘Piz’ Piznarski (Lowell): “Oh my God! I don’t want to kill Weevil! My heart is breaking. You’re the worst. Kiss Logan, Marry Piz. Oh no. Weevil. Ugh.”

Kristen Bell hits the red carpet at the premiere of her movie Veronica Mars on Wednesday evening (March 12) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The 33-year-old actress was joined on the carpet by her co-stars Jason Dohring and Ryan Hansen, as well as writer/director Rob Thomas. Her hubby Dax Shepard was also there to support her!

Also in attendance at the premiere were stars Chris Lowell, Tina Majorino, and Amanda Noret.

Kristen recently chatted with Huffington Post about playing a strong female character on the big screen. “The hunger is definitely there for this female character because she’s this interesting paradox of vulnerable and confident. And I think a lot of women are,” she said. “For me as a viewer, it’s inherently more interesting to watch a female because of the layers she possesses. I’m just glad that other audience members feel the same.”

For those of you who may have missed the series when it originally aired back in 2007 (get on that now, by the way), the 31-year-old actor starred as Logan Echolls, the bad boy you couldn’t help but love.

Over the course of three seasons, Jason‘s character had quite the relationship with Kristen Bell‘s titular counterpart, a relationship dubbed “LoVe.” (Get it?)

The fan-funded feature film hits theaters THIS FRIDAY, March 12, so we caught up with Jason to get the scoop on what we can expect! He dishes on everything from diving back in to Logan’s journey to chatting up Marshmallows on set!

JustJared: It’s almost here! Are you excited for fans to finally see the film they made happen?

Jason Dohring: Yeah, I actually got to see the movie maybe about two weeks ago, and I’m so happy with it. I think as a whole, and I’m kind of critical, I think it’s a 9. I couldn’t be more pleased with the movie itself. We wanted to do it for the fans, and that was what we intended all along, so we’re just so pleased to have a good product to show everybody.

JJ: How does it differ seeing the show come to life on the big screen?

JD: It feels like our TV show, but it feels like a movie too, I guess. The cinematography on our show was dark and it had particular colors that were associated with it. It had a dark cinematic quality. So it feels a little bit different, but it’s the still our show.

“Kristen and I, when we agreed to do it, we weren’t even positive we would get a theatrical release,” Rob recently shared to THR. “I’m glad we’re not starting really tiny, but I would have been terrified if we had a World War Z release with eight people per screen. I feel pretty comfortable. The most pressure that I’m feeling is pleasing, in particular, the 90,000 backers and the Veronica Mars audience. That’s at the top of the desire list. But I’m kind of feeling the pressure from all sides.”

Kristen Bell is back as everyone’s favorite private investigator in the trailer for the highly anticipated and fan-funded movie Veronica Mars!

In the film, the 33-year-old actress’ character learns that her ex boyfriend Logan (Jason Dohring) has been accused of murdering his girlfriend just as she is close to landing a job as a high-powered attorney in New York and making a happy life with Piz (Chris Lowell).
