Niecy Nash and wife Jessica Betts are celebrating their marriage!

The 50-year-old Claws actress appears alongside her new wife in Jessica‘s new “Catch Me” music video.

In the video, Niecy frolics in a stunning wedding gown while at the beach with Jessica.

The video also includes the newlyweds reciting their wedding vows, after tying the knot back in August.

“I promise to always love you and to always choose you. You are a testament to the magic that happens when your heart is opened,” Niecy says. “I will meet you there, wherever there is. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.”

“I’ve watched you pour into so many people, but now you’ve got somebody to pour into you. I’m going to pour into you,” Jessica vows. “You deserve nothing but happiness. Love you. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.”

Shortly after getting married to Jessica, Niecy explained why she doesn’t consider her wedding to be a “coming out.”

Niecy Nash is opening up about her marriage to Jessica Betts, who she wed late last month.

The 50-year-old star chatted with People about her surprise ceremony and announcement, and shared that she doesn’t consider her marriage to be a coming out moment for her at all.

“I don’t feel like my marriage is my coming out of anywhere, but rather a going into myself and being honest about who I love,” Niecy told the magazine. “And I’m not limiting myself on what that love is supposed to look like.”

She continued, “I was not suppressing my sexuality my whole life. I love who I love. At one point in my life, I married twice and I love those people, and today I love this person. I’ve done everything I wanted to do on my own terms and my own way.”

Before marrying Jessica, Niecy was married to Don Nash for 10 years, and just recently, Jay Tucker. She and Jay‘s divorce was finalized in March of this year.

Niecy also talked about her relationship with Jessica blossomed into love.

“I loved her before I was in love with her because she is such a special human being,” she said. “But we began to see each other in a way we never had before. Sometimes you get so broken by love, you run from it. But I’ve learned that you should always hold space for magic because it can happen at any time.”

Just recently, Niecy was also invited to join The Academy alongside these other celebrities.

The 50-year-old actress and comedian – known for her work on shows including Claws, Scream Queens, and Reno 911! – announced the wedding in a photo posted to her Instagram.

“Mrs. Carol Denise Betts 💍 @jessicabettsmusic #LoveWins🌈,” Niecy wrote on Instagram. If you don’t know, Niecy is a nickname and her real name is Carol. It appears from the caption that Niecy is taking her wife’s name!

“I got a whole Wife 👽💍 @niecynash1 #Bettsofbothworlds #LoveWins,” Jessica captioned the same photo on her page.

Niecy filed for divorce from her husband Jay Tucker back in December after announcing their split in October. She was also previously married to Don Nash from 1994–2007.

Niecy had not previously spoken about her sexuality before announcing this amazing news, so fans are taking this as her coming out moment. It’s unclear how long they have been together, but fans uncovered an Instagram that Jessica posted of the two of them together back in June of 2018! See it below.
