The stars of This Is Us have revealed some news about the end of the show.
Most of the cast joined series creator Dan Fogelman for a virtual panel at the Television Critics Association press tour on Friday morning (February 11) and they revealed the date of the series finale.

Alan Ritchson is reflecting on a previous gig.
While appearing on the Inside of You podcast, the 37-year-old Reacher actor reflected on guest-starring in multiple Smallville episodes as Arthur “A.C.” Curry, leading to Aquaman pilot Mercy Reef being put in development.
During the filming of the pilot however, Justin Hartley was hired to play the superhero instead.
When asked if he was mad he lost out on the role, Alan said: “I wasn’t mad at all; why would I be mad?”
He went on to say that the idea of the show left him “overwhelmed…I hadn’t done anything [at that point]; Smallville was my first gig.”
“We started working on a deal…and the president of UPN…was looking at this roster of shows and going, ‘Who the hell is that guy?’ Which is the same thing I would do!” he said, laughing.
“I was sitting there like, ‘I can’t believe it was this easy. I’ve been here three weeks and I’ve got my own show?’”
He said about a week later, he was told “‘Actually, Justin Hartley just came off [the NBC soap opera] Passions and he’s available, and we’re going to go with him.’”
“I learned the best lesson I could, early on, to hold loosely to this stuff because nothing is guaranteed, and nothing is owed to me. if I hadn’t learned that lesson early, I would have been an entitled a–hole,” he concluded.
Chrishell Stause‘s new tell-all book “Under Construction” is revealing a lot about her former relationships with famous exes including Justin Hartley, Matthew Morrison, and though she does not name him by name, Keo Motsepe.
The book is out February 8!

Mandy Moore wears a clear shield around her neck while on the set of This Is Us in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (January 10).
The 37-year-old actress kept warm in a blue sweater as she was aged up to a middle-age Rebecca Pearson to shoot scenes for the final season of the NBC drama.
Justin Hartley and Sterling K. Brown, who play Mandy‘s sons, were also seen on the set, grabbing a bite to eat and drink in between filming.
That same day, Mandy revealed that her son, Gus, made a special visit to the set.
“Goosey visiting mama at work yesterday,” she shared on her Instagram Story, with the almost 1-year-old balancing on her lap while she sat in a makeup chair.

Milo Ventimiglia shows off his own star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame on Monday (January 10) in Los Angeles.
The 44-year-old actor was supported at the ceremony by his This Is Us co-stars Justin Hartley and Jon Huertas, as well as the show’s creator Dan Fogelman.
Gilmore Girls‘ Amy Sherman-Palladino was also on hand to honor Milo at the ceremony.
Following the reveal of the star, Milo shared it on his twitter account, asking “Who’s next?”
“It more feels like, ‘OK kid, you’ve done good for last 26 years, what do you got for the next 26?’” he says of getting his star on the iconic landmark.

Justin Hartley is opening up about meeting his current wife Sofia Pernas while he was still in a relationship with ex-wife Chrishell Stause.
The 44-year-old This Is Us actor was in a relationship with Chrishell for years and they got married in 2017, but then he filed for divorce in 2019.
Justin met Sofia for the first time when they were both appearing on The Young and the Restless from 2015 to 2016.
