Derek Hough served as the best man at his friend Mark Ballas‘ wedding over the weekend and now he’s sharing a super sweet message for his pal!

The guys grew up dancing together and went on to become pros on Dancing With the Stars together.

“Such an honor to be the best man at my brothers wedding. Witnessing their love be sealed under a beautiful Oak tree in front of family friends was such a special moment,” Derek said on Instagram.

“Like the tree May you Stand together tall and proud. May you always Go out on a limb for one another. To Stay grounded and dig your roots in deep so that you may weather any storm,” Derek continued. “And always continue to grow, stronger and higher reaching towards the heavens. And to always enjoy the view. Love you two.”

Congratulations are in order for Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas – he just got married to longtime love BC Jean!

The 30-year-old dancer, currently starring on Broadway in Jersey Boys, tied the knot on Friday (November 25) just north of Los Angeles.

“It’s a wild feeling,” Mark told People about the nuptials. “Your wedding is something you subconsciously prepare for your entire life. You wonder who it’s going to be with, where it is going to be and how the ceremony and reception are going to be. Now it’s finally here and happening. It’s surreal. I just want to soak it all up because I just know I’m going to click my fingers and the whole evening will be over and I want to make sure I enjoy it.”

Mark‘s best man was his longtime friend Derek Hough.

Mark Ballas and fiancee BC Jean are reportedly getting married this holiday weekend!

According to Us Weekly, the 30-year-old Dancing With the Stars pro and
29-year-old “If I Were a Boy” songwriter will tie the knot on Friday, November 25.

Mark popped the question to BC the day before Thanksgiving last year, but kept the news on down-low until it was revealed in January of this year.

The couple started dating back in 2012.

Mark opted not to compete in the 23rd season of DWTS due to his role as Frankie Valli in Broadway’s Jersey Boys.

Mark Ballas hangs out with the real Frankie Valli backstage at opening night of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons On Broadway held at the Lunt-Fontamne Theatre on Friday (October 21) in New York City.

The 30-year-old musician, dancer and actor chatted with Frankie, who he portrays in the musical Jersey Boys.

Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys is set to close on Broadway in January 2017 following an eleven year run and Mark Ballas will join the cast as the final Frankie Valli!

The show will have played 4,642 performances on the Great White Way when it closes and it currently is the 12th longest-running show on Broadway.

Mark will join the show on October 18 and the musical will close on January 15.

Jersey Boys was turned into a movie starring its original Tony-winning actor John Lloyd Young and it follows the story of the band Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.

The musical has grossed $540 million to date and has been seen by just under five million people.

Dancing with the Stars‘ Kym Johnson and her former dance partner and Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec have tied the knot!

The 39-year-old dancer and 53-year-old businessman said “I do” on Sunday (July 31) in front of friends and family in Los Angeles, People confirms.

Kym wore a strapless Monique Lhuillier gown, which you can see in the gallery below! The photos below are from Derek Hough‘s Snapchat. Derek has danced with Kym for many seasons on DWTS. Derek shared photos with fellow wedding guest Mark Ballas as well.

Also in attendance at the event were DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba and alums Joey Fatone, Lance Bass and Donny Osmond.

Paige VanZant is red hot while performing for the final time during the finale of the competition series Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday (May 24) in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old UFC fighter and her partner Mark Ballas earned themselves a perfect 30 for their fusion dance!
