Check out a first listen of The Voice alum Michelle Chamuel‘s new catchy song “Golden” from her upcoming album Face the Fire, exclusively given to JustJared.com!

“Golden is a track I’ve dreamed of making for a long time. The original nugget for the tune came to me while I was sleeping. I woke up, ran to the studio, and laid out the bones of the song,” the 28-year-old singer shared about the track.

She added, “Then, working with Theo [Katzman] and Tyler [Duncan] to flesh it out into its fully realized form felt like magic. It came together so fast. Writing for me is not always like this, and when it is, it’s truly special.”

Leona Lewis rocks a one-shoulder dress while attending the 2014 Friends ‘N’ Family Pre-Grammy Party held at the Park Plaza Hotel on Friday (January 24) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old English songstress was joined at the party by a sheer and sexy Iggy Azealea, Bella Thorne, Mary Lambert, and The Voice alum Michelle Chamuel.

Mary, who is a Grammy nominee, recently confirmed that she is dating Michelle during a radio interview.

“I have a wonderful new girlfriend who is great. You might know her, she is Michelle Chamuel from The Voice. She is an incredible calming presence. She’s is brilliant, she is an incredible singer,” Mary shared to Hot 93.7. “She is so supportive of me. She is here for the Grammys and I came out for some of her T.V. stuff. We are in similar places in our careers, but taking different avenues. It is really exciting to share that!”

FYI: Bella is wearing a Saint Laurent jacket, pants and pumps. Michelle is wearing a Topshop blazer with shirt and pants by H&M.

Macklemore keeps it cool in a leather jacket at Z100′s Jingle Ball 2013 held at Madison Square Garden on Friday (December 13) in New York City.

During his set, the 30-year-old rapper shared the stage with Ryan Lewis, Mary Lambert, Ray Dalton, and Tegan and Sara, while performing some of his hit songs, such as “Same Love” and “Can’t Hold Us.”

Fall Out Boy and Paramore were also performers at the concert.

The Voice‘s Season 4 runner-up Michelle Chamuel (not pictured), who performed her new single on the NBC show earlier in the week, was also spotted showing some love and support backstage for her close gal pal Mary.

Michelle Chamuel does her signature squat while debuting her new single “Go Down Singing” on The Voice on Tuesday (December 10) in Universal City, Calif.

The 27-year-old indie singer performed on the show for the first time since being the runner-up for Season 4, which wrapped in June.

“I’ve been practicing for a month now on my own. We came in and did it for a couple days,” Michelle shared to JJ about how much she prepared for the performance.

The competition is getting fierce on the fifth season of NBC’s The Voice, with two more contestants being sent home, narrowing it down to eight contestants.

This season has given the audience the chance to save a singer, who is in the bottom three, with the use of Twitter.

This week, the bottom three contestants were Austin Jenckes from Team Blake and Kat Robichaud and Caroline Pennell from Team Cee Lo.

The Voice season four runner-up Michelle Chamuel has taken to Facebook to announce exciting details about her upcoming album All I Want!

“On September 10, 2013 – I will be releasing my first entirely self-produced album as The Reverb Junkie, (my solo electronic project). This album is quite different from anything I’ve done before,” the 27-year-old singer shared.

Michelle added, “For this album, I wrote and recorded full songs, then went back and selected my favorite parts – significant words/notes/syllables/etc – and left only those parts. I got to use my voice as an instrument and play with the different sounds it can make. I wrote melodies on bass, piano, strings, synthesizer, guitar, organ, and glockenspiel.”

The 26-year-old Glee actor and the 27-year-old Voice contestant joined forces on his original song “Not Alone.”

It marked the first time that Michelle publicly performed since coming in second place in this season’s The Voice, which was won by Danielle Bradbery.
