The first trailer for Tom Cruise‘s upcoming movie American Made has been released and it tells an unbelievable true story!

The movie follows the outrageous (and real) exploits of a hustler (Domhnall Gleeson) and pilot (Cruise) unexpectedly recruited by the CIA to run one of the biggest covert operations in U.S. history.

Sarah Wright, Jesse Plemons, Jayma Mays, Caleb Landry Jones, Lola Kirke, E. Roger Mitchell, Alejandro Edda, and Benito Martinez also star in the movie, set for release on September 29.

American Made is directed by Doug Liman, who previously worked with Tom on Edge of Tomorrow.

Eric Christian Olsen and Sarah Wright have welcomed their second child together!

The 32-year-old actress gave birth to Esme Olivia on Tuesday (August 9) at 8:55am.

“Love and joy don’t do justice to what I feel when I look at these three. Esmé Olivia was born 8/9/16 at 8:55am she is 11 pounds of love,” Sarah captioned a photo of her husband holding their newborn.

“I remember reading that how you approach birth is intimately connected with how you approach life, and after watching Sarah go through the process twice it’s undeniably true. Birth is like a whirlwind microcosm of the rest of the journey and I am in awe of this woman; somehow navigating the most difficult moments with equal parts passion, fearlessness, and all encompassing love. I suspect she may be magic,” Eric captioned an Instagram photo of himself holding his daughter.

Tom Cruise takes some direction while shooting night scenes for his upcoming film Mena on Friday (May 29) in Ball Ground, Ga.

The 52-year-old actor was joined on set by his co-stars Sarah Wright, Lola Kirke, and Jesse Plemons.

Tom‘s former Edge of Tomorrow co-star Charlotte Riley recently reflected on their first meeting.

“He comes in and he’s all, ‘Hi guys, really great to meet you. We’re going to take really good care of you. You’re going to get great physio, great nutrition. Anything that I have, you guys are going to get also.’ I said – and obviously I was joking – ‘Great. Do we get your sunglasses as well?’ He said ‘They’re yours’. Took them off and gave them to me. I said, ‘Don’t be silly, I was only kidding.’ But he said: ‘I told you, what’s mine is yours,’” Charlotte shared to the Telegraph.
