OlderRussell Brand To Host VMAs Again
Russell Brand will once again host the MTV Video Music Awards. The ceremony will take place at NYC’s Madison Square Garden in September and will have a West Side Story theme.
A pal of the 34-year-old British comedian tells The Sun: “He is over the moon. It’s the first time ever that the same host has been used for two consecutive years, which means a lot to him. He has had to promise not to offend the Jonas Brothers again though.”

I’m not surprised he’s been asked to do it again, despite any “controversy” last time. He is a good man at heart and he deflects bad karma. Look how his career has been blossoming post all that Sachsgate nonsense. He’s an extremely competent stage perfomer, I’ve seen him live twice. Well done Russ.

I did not like him as host last year and I am not going to like him this year.
I thought it was pretty low and stupid to diss the Jonas Brothers last year. It made me so mad!!!
