@Cassie:

It’s NOT the truth, you don’t know anything about Ash. She is one of the most famous Bollywood starts there is and has done a lot for the industry, she’s a darling, she’s a fantastic actress, so go stew on your jealous!

@whatever: Excuse you? Aish has had how many? FIVE posts this year as opposed to other celebrities and you’re saying that?

Thumb up Thumb down 0

LOL at @ Cassie and @whatever, despite only having a few posts on here, you both noticed her. You’re still here looking at her. If you didn’t notice or remember her, you wouldn’t even be here commenting that she gets “attention”. So obviously she has some pull that keeps you fascinated and looking. You’re only making yourselves sound jealous with annoyed comments like that lol. She’s only had 4/5 posts! But it bothers you lol!

This sari is gorgeous. She’s worn some hideous ones though. The sari is the best garment for women in the history of man. Everywoman looks elegant and chic in it no matter what you weigh. That’s quite a feat.

@Anya:
You’re an idiot and sound like a typical uneducated American. Just because your country might not have any culture, doesn’t mean other people should have to ashamed of what their traditions are. Aishwarya Rai is far from backwards. Her outfit is beautiful and the sari’s style is constantly changing in India. It’s a HOT outfit if you have the body to wear it.
Go back to inbreeding with your cousins and eating McDonald’s, because that seems to be the only culture retards like you know.

@Anya:

In what country do you see even the poorest of women wear raw silk in bolts of color that most westerners have never seen? The West has a long way to go imo. We were there during the couture years from the 30′s – the 50′s. Some of the most sumptous clothing mas made and American women were snapping them up. The American women peaked and started going backwards dressing like farmers and field workers. African women also have the most amazing textiles and wear their national dress at fancy events. Also nobody on the planet can outdo Indian jewelry. America in 2010 is still selling that cheap sad 14K gold when it is illegal to do so around the world because it’s like tin. India is ground zero for fabulous jewels and gems with Italy coming in second then no one else.. I suggest you talk what you know and get out and about and learn not to be ignorant.

@Anya:

is the national dress of America jeans, tee shirt and big dirty sneaker?

This is a vast improvement over who did her styling in the purple Gucci. Here, her makeup and hair are helping her, the purple outfit she was undermined by the shoulders and terrible hair.

Well I take back everything I said last week about her losing her looks. I guess she was waiting for her husband to show up… She looks so stunning and looks really great in the sari.

LOL why can’t these indians/arabs/middle easterns just dress like regular people. Why do they have to drag out their traditional wear all the time? Every culture has their traditional clothes but only backwards indians and muslims still dress like they live in the stone age.
——-
They ARE regular people, wearing clothes that are normal to them. Your pathetic post makes YOU sound backward!
-
I’ve got news for you!
There are many Indians and Muslim far better educated than what YOU consider “regular people,” and there are many countries with their own traditional dress. It makes for a beautiful world.
-
Open your eyes, Anya. Learn! Don’t be ignorant and boring.
