OlderThomas Dekker Goes KABOOM
Thomas Dekker rocks a headband at a photocall for his new movie Kaboom during the 2010 American Film Festival on Sunday (September 5) in Deauville, France.
Pic, which co-stars Roxane Mesquida (pictured here), is a sci-fi story centered on the sexual awakening of a group of college students.
“Kaboom is a really original screenplay,” Thomas has said. “It’s a sex movie, it’s an apocalyptic movie, it’s a rock n’ roll movie and yet it’s also an art film…By the way, apocalypse in this movie means a lot of things. It’s definitely not The Day After Tomorrow. It’s its own thing. Mainly the particular challenges for me were of vanity.”

Dekker was actually not bad in the short-lived Sarah Connor series on FOX.
They cancelled that show too soon …it had just begun to pick steam with audience.

@Elisa, I get that impression from his ridiculous-sounding summary of the movie and the way he poses for the photogs. If he’s gay then for some reason that would make him less of a douche to me. But he really looks like a wannabe Jared Leto to me. And we don’t need two of those.
