Sarah Michelle Gellar leaves a medical center on Monday (April 11) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The actress will celebrate her 34th birthday later this week!

Last week, Sarah was spotted arriving at LAX airport with her adorable daughter, Charlotte!

Sarah spent time in NYC last month to film the pilot for her latest project, Ringer! SMG will star opposite Kris Polaha in the new TV show.
