OlderRose Byrne Talks Playing Bradley Cooper's Wife in 'Pines'
Rose Byrne and her young co-star film scenes for Damages on Monday (March 12) in NYC’s Upper East Side.
The 32-year-old actress recently chatted with MTV News about her upcoming film, The Place Beyond the Pines, which also stars Ryan Gosling, Eva Mendes, and Bradley Cooper.
“I just have a very small role in that as Bradley‘s wife, but it was very cool to work with Derek [Cianfrance], who directed Blue Valentine, [which] I was a big fan of and to work with Bradley, who was great, so I’m excited to see [it],” Rose shared.
“The relationship is a little tense, so it wasn’t like a romantic marriage,” she added. “But [Bradley is] so fun and professional. He’s great.”

Looks like a future scene with Ellen Parsons as wife and mother. Looking forward to the 5th and final season of Damages this July.
