Dernit, Gerry, either button up that shirt or toss it! Where’s his stylist, anyway? The boy needed one, today! Still <3 'im, though.

Although he’s lost some weight, he still has the coke bloat look going on with his chubby aging face.
I never knew what women (and some men) saw in him.
He has an overbite, chubby/saggy face, and potato nose.
And lately he has been looking like an old Nevada bouncer who sniffs coke out of some tired old ex strippers a*s.
Now he has dyed his hair…He looks like an old man trying to look young but sadly, it’s not working.
Cue his overweight fans coming in to thumb this down…lol

NewsFuukingFlash. People in their 40′s have signs of aging on their face. SO WHAT? Butler is 42… he suppose to look like he’s in his 20′s? Cut him a break; he’s still MUCH hotter than most men I see his age!

  • really?

Haven’t you ever had a favorite shirt? I wish he would do a new type of role instead of the beefed up muscles characters. I don’t get it.

they can hear, and see what your visually thinking
The reason a lot of Asians have completely expressionless faces, segregate from everybody else-only associate with Asians and don’t associate with non Asians that much, and are very unfriendly in general is to avoid accidentally revealing that they can read minds. If all over a billion Asians where to show facial expressions all the time just as much as non Asians, integrate and associate with non Asians much more, and be much more friendly and talkative, then a lot of them might accidentally reveal that they can read minds by accidentally showing a facial expression or dirty look when someone thinks, or visually pictures something in their mind they don’t like, find astonishing, or funny etc because those people might see that and and really wonder what that was that just happened there and see the connection, and they might accidentally say something similar to what the person was just thinking and going to say. If they all associated with non Asians a lot more then there would be a lot more people around for them to accidentally show facial expressions when those people think things they don’t like etc, so they segregate and only associate with Asians so there won’t be anyone around for them to see that and have any accidents happen in the first place.
Every single Asian alive is hiding their mind reading abilities, they don’t want ANYBODY to know that they can read minds, they will always deny that they can read minds, they will lie about having mind reading abilities forever!!!!
Because they value hiding their mind reading abilities more then their own lives!
That’s why nobody knows about it!
Try thinking, best yet visually picturing in your mind something absolutely crazy as you possibly can when you are around Asians, and try looking for Asians who give people particular looks, especially dirty looks for what appears to be for completely no reason, that is them giving people looks when they hear and visually see someone thinking something they don’t like, find astonishing, or funny etc.
I know this may sound crazy, impossible and unbelievable, BUT IT ISN’T CRAZY WHEN ITS TRUE
You have to spread the message!!!!!
The world has to know about this!!!!!

Bit confused…is niknoks’s Twitter name Nicky Butler?

Please tell Alan to go home.

  • Whatshedonenow

Partying and shaggging night and day  in some of the most outrageously excessive, expensives, extravagant places in the world  to stump up cash to make  by numbers movies.  What a trooper.

I  wonder sometimes if people like him don’t feel , embarrassed,   swanning  around with so much , while there’s major financial crisis going on, and  are most around the world are really going through hard times.

I saw pictures from the Met Ball the other day, and I thought is showing off that kind of opulence really appropriate it this current climate. Just a thought. I am awaiting the barrage of negs and attacks. Hey ho.

  • JustSayin’

@Whatshedonenow: No argument here. Unfortunately, the garish display of opulence is probably another of those things we can blame on human nature. We knew less of it before the electronic age, but no doubt our distant ancestors both encouraged and disparaged those who flaunted their wealth.

I am grateful that some of HW’s elite do raise money for charity. I believe in grassroots movements but could never give anything close to what they do. The Met Gala, however, is a disgusting display.

FFS Jared, it’s Alan Siegel and he’s been G’s manager for 15 yrs. You may be the “nice” blogger but it drives me batshit when you can’t get names right or check your facts!

Thoughtless put downs come when people are envious of others successes. People say bad things about people when they’re winning.
I would venture to say Gerry and Alan, and all of “Team Gerry” (even his most die hard fans — and supporters) should say any worry or doubt he’d tried to hide in the other thread’s photos are gone. So proud of him!
A lot was crowded into a couple hours. Windy, cloudy or not is never a problem because Gerry brings the weather with him! Something really big went down on yacht! Never seen Gerry so happy, Alan either.
He has all the good things in the world, and people who love you very much behind you, and you know it!

  • Whatshedonenow

I agree with you. Some times… I don’t know… events like the Met Ball … I am not saying they shouldn’t happen, but would it do any harm if they were a bit more tasteful.  It’s as if there’re rubbing the majority of people’s faces in it.

  • carrie

sadly he did botox .Look his forehead:he can’t more move it

  • Whatshedonenow

Come on. Looking at his lifestyle…it’s not hard to conclude that the guy is as shallow as a tepid puddle on a hot day. Hehehehe.

  • Really…..

The Met Gala, however, is a disgusting display.”
    Jealous much???

  • Whatshedonenow

I was thinking that. He face looks in pain when he smiles. Why do men do that to themselves,  it looks awful.  Older men look great with wrinkles and grey hair. All this botoxing and hair dying makes them look like ageing  pseudo  queenie  hairdressers. And the unbutton almost to his navel is not doing him any favours either. If that Ukrainian sacha model chick or her Romanian doppelgänger  gave a  tuppence  about him they’d make sure he went out in public not looking like Peter Stringfellow’s  little brother.

  • cupccake

@bystander he looked pretty chumy with that sasha girl too.

“Haven’t you ever had a favorite shirt?”
LOL! it’s that stupid shirt again, but at least he isn’t wearing an expensive suit and people like Just Sayin and that crazy Whatshedonenow, can’t say it’s a digusting display of we/alth.
Two cows passing judgemenet on him from a few photos without knowing what’s reaally going on.

When in Rome we do as the Romans do. So what? Spend money to make money, right?
In the climate of Hollywood right now, scoring all he did the past few days, I’d say he’s well liked, respected, and a hot bankable property. And it’s no less than he deserves.
I’m very proud of him. I’m hugely excited and pleased he’s the kind of resources to bring this powerful brokering group together and host an event that went his way! He made it happen. He’s a winner. Alan’s a winner. I never doubt him. I’ve absolute faith in him. I want what he wants. And through cracks in the walls, I can tell it’s to be respected and successful. I admire that. Dressed down or not!

  • AmICynical?

It is incomprehensible to me that someone who left Glasgow a grown man with a lot of education under his belt, a strong sense of self and a cultural propensity to be very “chivalrous and manly” would buy into Hollywood as much as he has…botox and blow outs for crying out loud…for f*cks sake.

  • Trying to figure it out

When I look at these photos he reminds me of Dennis Quaid.

  • Whatshedonenow

    British Cows

Oh hiya. Keeping well? I can see you are your  usual civil measured self when it comes to posters from farther afield.  Always lovely to hear from you. Khoowee kissy  kissy.

  • GerrysMysteryWoman

You are…. cynical. And kind of dumb too. He’s far more grounded and down to earth than any of this reflects. He’s been in the business for a decade now and, like in Young Victoria, had to learn to play the game better than them… and not alone. A single line of trees will be blown down in the storm, but a forest, now a forest remains strong. The man is a brilliant business man, and very mature. Good with words, and knows what works to get what he wants. Respect that. They do.

  • Whatshedonenow

Not a exactly living up to the hard, no-nonsense, down to earth, see through the BS Scotsman’s image is he.

  • AmICynical?

GerrysMysteryWoman…apart from your vulgarity, your mere presence here is offensive and pathetic, but alas I respect the notion of freedom of speech as should you.

  • Whatshedonenow

You haven’t been to Scotland have you. They rip the pisss out of him for even considering having botox.

  • Joie de Vivre

@Whatshedonenow: Please do not hold that behavior against all of us here.

  • AmICynical?

The image he has cultivated at the very least has not lived up to that…perhaps in his professional and personal dealings he is. My observation is limited to these public displays. I can honestly say that the end of the day I really like the guy and hope the best for him. I have been to Scotland many times and love the people, history, culture and humor. I wish he would relax, enjoy his hard earned success and be himself.

  • Toronto

Unrelated, but……RIP Robin Gibb. Dead at 62.

  • bystander

@Toronto: that’s do sad. Not unexpected, but tragically young. He fought bravely and will be remembered for a wonderful and inspiring body of work.

  • Joie de Vivre

Butler looks focused and determined in Cannes. And he does look happy….and relieved. But what can anyone decide from a photo? So happy his conquests are apparently finding footing. Whatever conquests might be paramount at this time, that is.

  • Whatshedonenow

Alas I think you’re going to have to wait a while before you see that happen.

    I don’t. British cows is just… well… what can I say.

  • Joie de Vivre

@Toronto: I hadn’t heard yet. Appreciate you sharing.

  • JustSayin’

@Really…..: No, and being new here, I’m not here to argue. Just expressed a point of view.

  • GerrysMysteryWoman

Think he has an hard to define relationship with Hollywood. That he likes challenges and winning and scoring deals, and just did. Do I fault that? No. I admire it. I respect it, as well as him. A lot of time men dive into work when they’ve given up on relationships. It isn’t unusual. It’s a good way to build up his character. Help his self-esteem and boost his moral.
Feel he divides his time and life between two worlds, maybe three or four! Not in nutty schizophrenic way but that he shifts from one to the other. As not one of them can meet all his needs. Like no one person can ours nor him. I don’t disrespect him for that either. It’s healthy. He is self aware.
I think he has pockets of places and people where he can ‘relax’ as you say, be himself without the glare and scrutiny. I’m sorry you base all your opinions on what you see (or read) here. That’s certainly not fair. Would you want to be judged merely by what you post here? Is this 100% you? No, didn’t think so.
Just feel he likes, and has grown accustomed to, the luxury and 1st class lifestyle staying in 5-star hotels mingling with the rich and shameless he worked so damn hard to achieve and built so would like to maintain that, or get ahead again. Especially after his last two ‘creative’ endeavors, but critically acclaimed, didn’t bring in the monies or fame he needs? Always feel he’s building a life beyond acting at the same time.
I admire him for navigating the sticking points which includes his and theirs over-sized egos! He’s grown an appetite for fine living. Who can fault him for wanting to maintain it? I just want him to be well again. When you love someone, you don’t want them to suffer. You can’t bear it and you want to take their suffering onto yourself.
I agree, the machine chews you up and spits you out. He’s replaceable but knows it too. Gerry likes to win. He just needs folks in his life who can spot dangers he cannot see. I feel he has those people in his close circle of friends.

    enigma ——- gravity of love….
Turn around and smell what you don’t see
close your eyes … it is so clear
here’s the mirror, behind there is a screen
on both ways you can get in
Don’t think twice before you listen to your heart
follow the trace for a new start
What you need and everything you’ll feel
is just a question of the deal
in the eye of storm you’ll see a lonely dove
the experience of survival is the key
    to the gravity of love
The path of excess leads to
    the tower of wisdom
the path of excess leads to
    the tower of wisdom
Try to think about it …
that’s the chance to live your life and discover
what it is, what’s the gravity of love
Look around just people, can you hear their voice
find the one who’ll guide you to the limits of your choice
But if you’re in the eye of storm
just think of the lonely dove
the experience of survival is the key
    to the gravity of love…………..
