Rooney Mara and her boyfriend Charles McDowell cannot contain their laughter as they walk around the Soho neighborhood of New York City on Thursday (September 6).
The 27-year-old actress held onto her beau as they made their way through the crowded streets, laughing and joking with each other.

Rooney is signed on to reprise her role in the sequel to the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire, but production has been delayed due to an incomplete script, CBS reports.
Word is that the film will not hit theaters in 2013.
