Kelly Osbourne and Jamie Chung rock the runway at the 2013 Heart Truth Red Dress Fashion Show held at Cipriani Wall Street on Wednesday (February 6) in New York City.

The 28-year-old Fashion Police correspondent looked great in a red dress and Jacob & Co. earrings. Jamie, 29, wore a David Meister Signature custom matte garnet sequin goddess gown.
