Ashlee Simpson arrives in style to the Garnier Fructis New York Fashion Week kick-off event on Thursday (February 7) at The Time Warner Center in New York City.

The 28-year-old entertainer, who was joined at the event by Dania Ramirez, also celebrated the Garnier Fructis Blow Out Bar & Style Station opening!
