Ian Somerhalder: E.L. James' 'Fifty Shades of Grey' Choice?

Ian Somerhalder steps out to have lunch with a pal on Thursday (February 28) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 34-year-old actor is reportedly being favored by Fifty Shades of Grey author E.L. James to play the part of Christian Grey in the film adaptation after she sent out a cryptic tweet.

When a fan tweeted a picture of Ian wearing a masquerade mask along with a quote from the book series, E.L. responded with a wide-grinned happy face. Check out the tweet here!
