Hilary Duff Shows Off New Heart Tattoo!

Hilary Duff shows off her brand new heart tattoo in this pic posted to her Twitter account on Saturday night (March 16).

“All is full of love…” the 25-year-old actress tweeted, along with a pic of the tiny wrist tattoo.

Hil and a group of gal pals, which included older sis Haylie, were spotted heading to Shamrock Tattoo parlor in West Hollywood, Calif. that evening. When asked who was getting tattoos, the group replied, “All of us!” according to Us Weekly.
