Cate Blanchett: Suncorp Twenties Launch!

The 43-year-old actress was joined by her hubby Andrew Upton and Geoff Summerhayes, CEO of Suncorp Life, as they announced the new theatre ticketing initiative.

The couple serve as the artistic directors for the theatre company and will now sell a limited number of tickets for every show for just $20.

“There are a whole raft of people who have never been exposed to theatre,” Cate expressed at the event. “It’s people who haven’t been exposed to it and don’t think it’s a possibility so price for them is, I think, the first question.”
