Miley Cyrus rocks a jumpsuit on the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 19) in Las Vegas.

The 20-year-old entertainer made a big announcement during the pre-show – her new single “We Can’t Stop” will be premiering on June 3 on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show!
