Scandal actor Scott Foley makes us melt in these hot shirtless pics for Charisma‘s latest ad campaign.

“I would say that I never feel sexy, but my wife has told me that I am sexy, and people on twitter tell me that I’m sexy so there must be something there, right?” the 41-year-old actor told the brand. “I wouldn’t be surprised if [Scandal character] Jake Ballard had Charisma towels.”

Charisma products include fashion bedding, sheets, blankets, coverlets, robes, bath rugs and towels and are available at Bloomingdales.
