JJ,what´s happing with no kids police?? You needs kid comments here??Please, not!!

  • Wow he’s already 12! Can’t believe he has a gf, kids are so young when they date these days

if they go to a premiere or their parents post a pic its fair game…

I think it’s how you define girlfriend.
It doesn’t have to mean it’s serious- but as parents you don’t want to shut your kids down when they start to have feelings or then they just don’t come to you and do things behind your back.
At that age kids start to have crushes but usually they don’t last very long.

Awwww…Maddox really has grown to be a fine looking young man. He’s got his daddy’s swagger down pat.
Errrr…..I’d suggest you go read ( and reread) the no kids policy. Basic understanding keeps you from looking silly in public.

Uh oh. I used to want to throttle my wonderful mother when she’d share anything about me with her friends and I mean ANYthing. Teenagers are a sensitive lot. Angie’s gonna be in hot water. LOL!
He certainly has grown into a poised and good looking young man. He was such a cutie as a baby and toddler.

For me maddox looks mature for his age. If u look closer to the picture of him together with his cousins seem more he is in the same age them and i dont find him attractive. I read on the other site they say he is angelina’ favorite child, i dunno if i would take that though angelina tells the world that she love them equally but there is a difference between adopted kids and biokids and angelina knew it inside of course she will keep it to herself. I believed b4 she had her biokids she loves maddox dearly but maybe after years of having her own baby it felt diffrent for her especially now. I don know if some of u here will agree

JUST SAW Chrleize Thereon do a Sky in interview in UK and compared press intrusion to being Raped, I guess when she was pimpping her New relationship and doing all the PTA when it suited her she didn’t think about the press intrusion aka rape then did she, shame on her for using rape as a random word, she should now better. I guess selling a movie and trying to make headlines is her agenda.

‘He’s dating’: Angelina Jolie reveals her 12-year-old son Maddox has a ‘lovely English girlfriend’
    Published: 03:21, 30 May 2014 | Updated: 06:02, 30 May 2014

He looked older and significantly taller whilst making a red carpet appearance on Wednesday night alongside parents Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
And at 12-and-a-half-years-old, Maddox Jolie-Pitt has also got his first girlfriend.
His famous mother revealed the news during a interview with Entertainment Tonight at the Maleficent première in Hollywood.
He’s got a girlfriend: Angelina posed with Maddox and Zahara at Wednesday night’s première of Maleficent in Hollywood
‘He’s dating, he’s got a girlfriend,’ she said, before revealing her son’s new special friend actually lives across the Atlantic.
‘She’s great,’ she said. ‘I won’t embarrass him. She’s lovely. She lives in England. She’s very cool.’
The well-travelled clan, whose homes include a château in the south of France, a mansion in New Orleans and private estate in Los Angeles, says the family helps ensure Maddox doesn’t spent too much time away from his beau.
‘We go there as often as possible. It’s really, really sweet,” she said. ‘She’s a great lady, so I’m lucky. So far, we’re doing good.’

Picture perfect: Brad Pitt and Angelina were joined by their children (L-R) Pax, Zahara, Knox, Shiloh and Maddox at the the premiere of Disney’s Maleficent in Hollywood
Beautiful: Angelina blew kisses for the huge crowd that had gathered in the hope of meeting their idol
Maddox looked especially grown up at the premiere, wearing a smart grey waistcoat, matching trousers, shirt and tie, while Angelina wowed in a black strapless Atelier Versace gown.
Brad Pitt was also on hand to support his fiancé, sporting a dark suit and shirt.
He was later joined by siblings Pax, 10, Shiloh, eight, Zahara, nine, and Knox, five-and-a-half on the carpet. But his little sister Vivienne – who actually stars in the film – was missing from the event.
The five-year-old makes her acting debut in the Disney film opposite her mother, as a young Princess Aurora.
Into the spirit: Angelina was channelling her evil fairy character with her leather-look black dress and spiky jewellery
Greeting their subjects: The King and Queen of Tinseltown waved to everyone on Hollywood Boulevard
First role: There was very noticeable absentee, little Vivienne, who made her acting debut in the Disney film opposite her mother, as a young Princess Aurora
Speaking of working with her daughter this week, the Salt star revealed despite having two actors as parents, Vivienne did not exactly jump right into the role.
Angelina told ABC: ‘The first day was the day she had to catch the butterfly, and she just really didn’t feel like doing it.
‘I actually was holding the pole with the ball on the end and bouncing up and down and dancing, trying to make her laugh, and daddy was on the edge of the cliff she had to jump off, making faces and all her brothers and sisters were egging her on.
‘She eventually did it but she was taking her sweet time and not wanting to do it twice, certainly.’
Gorgeous at every angle: Angelina twirled so as to show off all the sides of her stunning dress
New UK trailer for Maleficent starring Angelina Jolie
Final touches: While Angelina completed her look with smoky eye make-up and a sleek ponytail, Brad wore amber aviator sunglasses
Angelina has previously said that she and her 50-year-old fiance did not get the little girl involved because they want her to be an actress – it was because no other child would go near Angelina when she was in full costume, which includes horns and facial prosthesis to make her more angular.
‘We think it’s fun for our kids to have cameos and join us on set, but not to be actors,’ she told EW.
‘That’s not our goal, for Brad and I, at all. But the other three and four-year-old [performers] wouldn’t come near me.
‘It had to be a child that liked me and wasn’t afraid of my horns and my eyes and my claws. So it had to be Viv.’

‘Gwyneth Paltrow is a joke!’: Cindy McCain slams actress for comparing ‘dehumanizing’ online abuse of celebrities to being a soldier
    • Paltrow made the comments during a surprise appearance at a tech conference outside Los Angeles on Tuesday
    • The enraged wife of Vietnam POW John McCain and mother of two soldiers showed her disdain for the comparison in tweets posted Wednesday
    • McCain suggested that Paltrow should go out on patrol with some soldiers: ‘Kind of like a Red Carpet in her mind I guess!’
    ByJoshua Gardner
    Published: 18:48, 29 May 2014 | Updated: 04:10, 30 May 2014

Cindy McCain had some choice words for Gwyneth Paltrow on Twitter Wednesday after the actress used a surprise appearance at a tech conference to compare celebrities ridiculed on the internet to the plight of soldiers going through war.
Paltrow was outside Los Angeles at Re/Code’s Code Conference speaking to Silicon Valley big wigs Tuesday when she made the offhanded remark that has former POW John McCain’s wife, who’s also mother to two soldiers, so livid.
‘Gwyneth Paltrow is a joke,’ McCain balked Wednesday night. ‘Her life is like taking bullets for a soldier. What a joke! My 2 sons serving in the military should talk to her.’
Not holding back: McCain’s tweets came after Paltrow’s comments while speaking at a tech conference. She’s was surprisingly uncensored for a politician’s wife
The row began with the following comment Paltrow made onstage while discussing internet comments about the stars:
‘You come across them about yourself and about your friends, and it’s a very dehumanizing thing. It’s almost like how, in war, you go through this bloody, dehumanizing thing, and then something is defined out of it. My hope is, as we get out of it, we’ll reach the next level of conscience,’ she said.
It was a small part of what she said while sharing a stage with tech CEOs, but was more than enough to infuriate the war hero’s wife.
Arizona Senator and former presidential hopeful John McCain was was taken as a prisoner of war as the third generation naval officer served as a pilot in Vietnam in 1967.
Senator McCain’s plane was shot down by friendly fire and he would eventually spend five and a half years as an horifically abused prisoner before coming home to receive the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Purple Hear and Distinguished Flying Cross military honors.
Cindy McCain on Wednesday offered up a helpful suggestion to the Country Strong actress and self-styled lifestyle guru.
‘Perhaps Gwyneth Paltrow should go out on patrol with some soldiers. Kind of like a Red Carpet in her mind I guess!’ she tweeted.
While the Goop founder’s appearance at the conference was a reaction to malevolent online attacks on her and her famous friends, any good it could have done has likely now been erased.
Which is nothing new for the recently single Paltrow.
A week before news of her ‘conscious uncoupling’ from husband Chris Martin broke, the 41-year-old infuriated working women across America when she said they had it easier than famous acting moms.
She had her reasons: John McCain, pictured here with Mrs. McCain at an Arizona Diamondbacks game this month, was an horrifically abused prisoner of war in Vietnam for five and a half years
‘I think it’s different when you have an office job, because it’s routine and, you know, you can do all the stuff in the morning and then you come home in the evening,’ she told E! ‘I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it’s not like being on set.’
Many women were put off by the comments, but none as famously as mother Mackenzie Dawson who made headlines with her open letter to Paltrow published in the New York Post on March 27.
‘Thank God I don’t make millions filming one movie per year is what I say to myself pretty much every morning,’ is one of many zingers in Dawson letter, which no doubt helped put the normally aloof Paltrow on the defensive.
On May 8th, she responded to the anger over her working mom comments with a Goop in which she drew a different sort of parallel with armed combat.
Co-parent: Gwyneth’s estranged husband Chris Martin – who she recently separated with after 11 years of marriage – returned to Los Angeles on Thursday, where they still share a home together
In the post titled Ending the Mommy Wars, Paltrow wrote:
‘Why do we feel so entitled to opine, often so negatively, on the choices of other women?
As the mommy wars rage on, I am constantly perplexed and amazed by how little slack we cut each other as women,’ she wrote.
For her part, Cindy McCain used Thursday’s whirlwind of publicity around her attack on Paltrow to help publicize a good cause.
‘Happy to have joined @MikeGalanosHLN @HLNNowTV to chat about #humantrafficking and Gweneth Paltrow crazy statement,’ McCain tweeted.

Cindy McCain is a nasty idiot, and LOSER. I had totally forgotten who Cindy McCain is, until you mentioned John McCain, another LOSER. For Cindy to come out from under her rock to attack someone over their opinion just reminds people of what a nasty idiot she is.

It’s strange to hear GOOP complaining about how she is bullied on the Internet by the haters but never said one word when her friend Chelsea Handler was calling Angelina a cu@t, and evil or referring to the Jolie Pitt’s children as monkeys, Ect. I never heard one word from GOOP asking her friend CH to stop harassing Angelina and her kids for laughs. And yes, Cindy McCane has a right to her opinions and she sure made it known, just like Goop make her opinion known.

@Phool, good morning my friEnd, and how are you this beautiful Friday morning. WELL, WELL, the day has finally arrived for the fans to take in the splendor of Maleficent starting today. Today will be very busy for me because I have lots to do and then this afternoon/evening I will be seeing Maleficent, can’t wait, I know already I’m going to love it because I love the commercials.

  • *SMH*

Sorry, but who allows a 12 yr old to date?? And who calls another 12 yr old a “lady”? Those children are growing up with no rules and no guidance, and will be allowed to do whatever they want. We always hear stories of them running rampant and being wild. I feel bad for them. All the money in the world is not what kids need. They need parents, not buddies.

  • Rose

Good morning Susan, how are you today. Susan, are you going to take the little angels this weekend to see Maleficent? Can you believe how mad has grown, I remember seeing him trying to walk and now he has a girlfriend and I’m sure many more to come in the coming years. Susan, omg, what a beautiful family Brad and Angelina have. They are all growing up so fast. Susan, I love to see how Pax is growing up and getting over his shyness in front of a crowd and he is going to be a stylish and handsome young man.

  • guest

You are a lying jerk. The Jolie-Pitt children are WELL BEHAVED, they are some of the most behaved children in a show biz family. There has NEVER been any report of them running wild. You need to stop being a liar.

  • Rose

It’s always the same, the trolls will hold on to the most insignificant thing to hate on Angelina and Brad. MADD has a girlfriend who lives in London and he’s living in Los Angeles, this is puppy love. Most little kids have crush and they call it boyfriend or girlfriend. What’s the big deal. I wish people would let go of the hate for this family. My gad it’s almost ten years and trolls are carrying around this load on their shoulders about people they don’t know. I wish they would take the load off.

  • teri

I think it’s sweet and innocent that Mad has a gf. Nothing wrong imo. I seen the movie last night and it’s really good, a must see.

He has a good teatcher. His mother start living with her boyfriend when she was 14 LOL
And I see some pictures of Zahara at the premiere and she is only 9 but her make up is from a 20 year woman. Good Lord.

the only kid in that family that looks normal for the age is Pax and Shiloh.

The twins are too small but they also look ok.

  • weird

What kind of a person is she? So you go the press saying your 12 year son has a girlfriend and she is from England. is this really necessary? The press to know those intimate things. Wait…she has a movie to promote OK.

Hi Phool….how are you my friend…as you can see how excited I am that the day has come to see Angie on the big screen…
I wrote about the result of my interview in previous threads…not sure which one…anyway as I suspected …it was due to my lack of tax experience that I wasn’t hired…I’m ok really…but I’m glad that I went to see what out there…so back to my current work..lately I have been swarmed will additional responsibilities…my review is in August…so I hope the management take it in consideration…so we’ll see…I’m still looking…if the right opportunity come along I definitely consider it….

Why Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent is magnificent
Review Rating 3 out of 4 Stars

Long live the feminist revisionist backstory. Exploring the antecedents and motivations of literature’s great villainesses has proved a rich cultural vein, restoring the reputations of everyone from Mr. Rochester’s mad wife to the Wicked Witch of the West. The approach is such a winner that Disney got into the act, opening up its own cupboards to a bit of political spring cleaning: Based on both the 19th-century versions of the fairy tale and Disney’s own 1959 animated movie, Maleficent is a retelling of the Sleeping Beauty myth that reveals the reasons the evil fairy godmother cursed that darling baby in the first place.
Created by a team of artists with all the credentials to produce a surfeit of CGI, the film surprises not for its baroque visions of a colourful woodland enlivened by joyous fairies and a forbidding castle peopled by unhappy humans, but rather for the thematic richness of its story gloriously personified by Angelina Jolie in the title role. Her skin is pearly white; her famous lips are a startling red; her cheekbones are honed to Precambrian ridges (by computers, I’m assuming) and, like her 1959 animated predecessor, she sports a fine pair of twisting horns, welded to her head with a lizard-skin turban.
She is a sight to behold, but you should have seen her when she had wings. A notably imaginative departure by Disney stalwart Linda Woolverton (The Lion King, Alice in Wonderland), the script begins when Maleficent is a young fairy (charmingly played by Isobelle Molloy) with the wings of an eagle. She soars around a little paradise full of frolicking fairies, nymphs and wood spirits whose only fear is of the hateful humans who live beyond their forest.
Meeting a human boy who strays into this perfect world, Maleficent falls in love. But the boy grows into an ambitious man who viciously betrays her so that he can tame the fairies and become king. And it is when this increasingly violent King Stefan (Sharlto Copley) has a daughter that the now-adult and wingless Maleficent utters her legendary curse.
The villains of fairy tales and comic books inhabit a Manichaean world of good and evil. Everyone from Lex Luthor to the original Maleficent (whose very name means doing evil) are wicked just because, teaching our children and the adults they become that bad guys are everywhere and killing them is not merely permissible but natural. What is cheering about Jolie’s Maleficent is her journey; betrayed, she descends to the depths of vengeful anger, but she gradually recovers her ability to love. The star casting is successful because, in the simple context of a fairy tale, Jolie does make both the terrifying horned creature and her gradual awakening heartfelt, suggesting emotional richness beneath the eye-stopping physical performance – rather like the way the celebrity herself hints at human weakness behind the Hollywood facade.
Of course, there are problems, as Robert Stromberg, a visual effects artist taking the director’s chair for the first time, bombards us with twittering fairies, exploding trees and marching armies. Unrelentingly dark, the violent humans are lead by an increasingly haggard Copley playing a paranoid tyrant with an inexplicable Scottish accent. (The cast’s voices wander about the British Isles; only Jolie’s mid-Atlantic accent achieves the timeless hauteur suited to the piece.) For Stefan, unlike his jilted Maleficent, there will be no redemption – Copley actually creates a fairly realistic portrait of tyranny – and his troops assault the fairy kingdom loudly and repeatedly before ultimately capturing the creature whose audacity so torments them.
Adults will probably experience the movie as the usual 3-D assault on the nerves; young children will surely find parts of this terrifying.
On the lighter side, the fairies who take care of young Aurora (a suitably vivacious Elle Fanning) until her 16th birthday are also grating. It’s hard to see why anyone as suspicious of his supernatural neighbours as King Stefan would entrust his newborn to fairies, let alone this bumbling trio, performed by three British character actresses lead by Imelda Staunton. Insufficiently explained by the script, they are supposed to provide comic relief and a break from the darkness of both Maleficent and her human foes.
But in truth, you just can’t wait until the wicked Jolie returns to the screen. Whether a malevolent twinkle illuminates her beady eye or a heartbreaking tear rolls down her alabaster cheek, she is the film’s power. Only a few letters separate doing evil from doing great: Her Maleficent is magnificent.

People will see the same wicked Maleficent: Angelina Jolie

    | May 30, 2014, 12.00 AM IST
Angelina Jolie has transformed herself from Hollywood’s most gorgeous actress to the fabulously horned, supernaturally contoured villainess in Disney’s upcoming Maleficent. Angelina talks to Bombay Times about her role in it and working with her daughter in the film.

What attracted you to the role? I loved Maleficent when I was a little girl; she was my favourite Disney character. I was afraid of her and I loved her. So, when I’d heard rumours that there might be a Maleficent movie, I asked around to find out what was going on. Then I got a call asking if I was interested and I said absolutely. I said I loved the idea of it but I didn’t know how one could turn that idea into a film because how could you make a film about somebody who curses a baby and what kind of film is that going to be? I said yes, but I didn’t really think they’d be able to figure it out. And then they did.

What are some of the things that we can expect with this film? People will see that she’s the same wicked Maleficent. What I loved about the original one when I was little, was that she had a wicked sense of fun. She enjoyed being evil and she revelled in it. She still gets to do that and she will satisfy, hopefully, the people that, like myself, are fans of the original. But you get to learn more about her and how she became evil.

What were some of the ideas you brought to this character? I made sure we didn’t lose her sense of wicked fun because I think it’s a very beautiful story. It’s kind of a different but classic fairy tale and it has a lot of heart. We want to revel in that and that was very important for me as well as that she was somebody that was relatable.

Your daughter Vivienne has worked in this film? Has it been fun working with her? It has been fun but it’s hard work. Kids want to do a scene once and they want to be done with it. They don’t want to wear something that they don’t want to wear and they don’t want to smile when they don’t feel like it. But Vivienne did, in the end, have a good time because we made it fun.

Disney India is releasing Maleficent on May 30 in India, the same day as the US.

IN PICS: Angelina Jolie Maleficent-inspired jewels

    May 30, 2014

Italian jewellery designer and winner of the Gold Talents award, Gianluca Gabbani, was inspired to create a ring, bracelet and headpiece that looks like crows frozen mid-flight after seeing Angelina Jolie in Maleficent. (Pictures courtesy of Angelina Jolie’s starring role as the evil queen Maleficent in Disney’s new origin-story movie has inspired a plethora of dark, gothic and emerald jewels. From Stella McCartney adorning Angelina Jolie with spiky accoutrements on the red carpet to Stephen Einhorn crafting a Viking-inspired necklace specifically for the movie, the power of Maleficent isn’t limited to the silver screen.
