Angelina Jolie Joins Her Star Jack O'Connell on 'EW' Cover!

Angelina Jolie wraps her arm around her leading man Jack O’Connell on the cover of Entertainment Weekly‘s latest issue.

The 39-year-old actress directed the movie Unbroken and is in full force promoting the flick alongside Jack, who plays the lead role of WWII prisoner of war survivor and Olympic distance runner Louis Zamperini.

“If you saw that first shot and my reaction to it, you’d be absolutely sure that this was going to be one of the great disasters of filmmaking history,” Angelina told EW about her first day of filming. “The only thing you could do was laugh at how insane this was all going to be. And then you just had to take a deep breath and figure out what to do next.”

“I didn’t know what I was up against when I was first getting into it,” she added. “I had never done anything like it. I was up for the challenge, but I had so much to learn.”
