Jamie Brewer made Fashion Week history this week by being the first model with Down Syndrome to walk on the runway of a fashion show!

The 30-year-old American Horror Story actress showed off her walk at the Role Models Not Runway Models Carrie Hammer Runway Show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2015 at Lightbox on Thursday afternoon (February 12) in New York City.
