Adam Lambert shows off his progress in the gym while going shirtless for his post-workout selfie posted to his Instagram account on Saturday (March 7).

The 33-year-old singer also bared some skin earlier in the week while pulling down his tank top in some other gym photos.

Adam recently wrapped up his tour with Queen.

“Can’t believe last night was our last show of the UK/euro @QueenWillRock tour!! Gonna miss the band & all of your happy faces in the crowd,” he tweeted last week.
