Hilary Duff debuts her brand new blue hair color as she steps out to run some errands on Wednesday (March 18) in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old entertainer showed off her hair on her Instagram earlier in the day with the caption, “@Ambahhh turned me into a mermaid last night … love all u girls @riawnacapri @nikkilee901 @ninezeroone xx”
