Shia LaBeouf Arrested at Austin City Limits Festival

Shia LaBeouf was arrested for public intoxication on Friday evening (October 9) in Austin, Texas, according to TMZ.

The 29-year-old actor was in the city attending the Austin City Limits music festival when he began acting bizarrely outside of a bar on 6th street.

A witness said that they believed Shia was very intoxicated or on drugs when he ran down the street and jaywalked in front of police.

Shia was warned by law enforcement to not continue his behavior but they eventually had to subdue him and place him under arrest.

Last year, the actor found himself in a similar situation where he was arrested after acting strangely at a Broadway play.
