Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Split, Divorcing After 2 Years of Marriage

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are officially splitting up after being married for a little over two years, TMZ reports.

The 49-year-old actress filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

“They have a personality difference,” a source said about their relationship.

The breaking point reportedly came when Olivier hit a man with a car seat at the airport earlier this year.

Olivier and Halle have one son together named Maceo, 2. They reportedly have a prenup in place so money, etc. will not be an issue. Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, as she wants what is in “the best interests of the child.”
