Amanda Bynes Makes a Rare Appearance for Pharmacy Run

Amanda Bynes lets her long blond hair hang loose while making a quick stop at her local CVS Pharmacy with a pal on Thursday afternoon (October 29) in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old actress is reportedly back to school working on her degree at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
