Blake Lively shows off her tiny baby bump in a short striped dress while attending a Vanity Fair dinner party on Thursday (May 12) at Teton Restaurant in Cannes, France.

The 28-year-old pregnant actress, who is expecting her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds, is in town to attend the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.
