Lindsay Lohan Visits Syrian Refugee Families While on Trip in the Middle East

Lindsay Lohan is all smiles while stepping out with friends on Tuesday night (September 27) in Istanbul, Turkey.

The 30-year-old actress went stylish and chic in a ruffled blouse and satin pants as she left dinner.

Lindsay was in Turkey to settle a business contract with entertainment company B4L, where she signed a reported $2 million deal for the advertisement rights of Lindsay across the country.

Over the weekend, Lindsay stopped by a hospital near Istanbul to visit with a family that escaped their ISIS-torn hometown.
