Bella Hadid Reveals She Was Turned Down for the 2015 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Bella Hadid goes blonde for the cover of Paper Magazine‘s Outspoken issue, available December 12th.

Here’s what the 20-year-old model had to share with the mag:

On getting cast in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show: “I was really surprised, but definitely excited. I tried last year [to be cast in] the show. I think everything happens for a reason.”

On her regimen leading up to the show: “Working out and eating well…I feel the healthiest I’ve been in a long time. I feel fit.”

On taking on acting roles in the future: “I think it would be really fun, because it’s exciting to be in front of the camera on film instead of just pictures. I have so many goals…most of the time I like to keep them to myself, because I’m really superstitious.”
