La La Land
The winner of 6 Academy Awards including Best Director, La La Land comes out on digital HD today. In celebration of today’s digital release, we have a special “Iconic LA” clip that is part of the additional features included in the La La Land release.
There is so many iconic L.A. locations in the Oscar winning movie. The clip features Emma Stone talking about the beautiful and exclusive spots they filmed some of the iconic scenes from the film.

Based on a true story autobiography, the touching drama Lion comes out on Blu-ray and DVD today.
The film follows the true story about a boy named Saroo Brierley who becomes separated from his brother and family in rural India. Through a sequence of events, he ends up in Australia after reluctantly being placed in an adoption program. As an adult, he suddenly remembers parts of his past life and tries to retrace his steps to come back home.
From the beginning, Sunny Pawar, the child star who plays a young Saroo for a good portion of the first half of the film is amazing. If you’ll remember, he was the one that introduced their movie at the Golden Globes. You are automatically emotionally drawn to this little boy and his hardships. The film is further carried by veteran actor Dev Patel who plays the older Saroo now assimilated into western culture. His performance, as he struggles with remember his past and deep identity and yearning for family, is acted out beautifully in the film.
The film is presented in 1080p and DTS-HD MASTER Audio 5.1 lossless soundtrack.
Additional features include deleted scenes, a five-part feature highlighting various actors in the film, in addition to a music video from Sia.
The film is a great pickup looking for a touching well acted and culturally refreshing movie.
