Harper Beckham's Name Gets Brand Protection

Victoria Beckham has taken the steps to make sure her five-year-old daughter Harper‘s name has brand protection in the future.

The 42-year-old fashion designer has registered for a trademark on her daughter’s name in Britain and Europe. She is listed as Harper‘s parent and guardian on the application, which was filed in December, according to the Associated Press.

Victoria and David Beckham‘s three sons – Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz – all have brand protection as well.

The trademark will allow Harper to use her name to market items and it gives her legal protection if she decides to go into the entertainment industry.
