Harvey Weinstein Will Reportedly Surrender to Police for Sex Crime Charge

Harvey Weinstein is reportedly turning himself in.

The producer, who has been accused of sexual harassment and assault by dozens of women, is apparently surrendering to police on Friday (May 25) according to TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that at least one woman’s claim of sexual assault, Lucia Evans, has moved further ahead than any of the other cases currently under review.

Harvey was spotted in a very rare public outing at Taverna Tony restaurant in Malibu, Calif. on Wednesday (May 23) – one of the first times he’s been spotted since checking into a rehabilitation center in Arizona.

Arrangements are reportedly now underway for a surrender.
