Kevin Spacey Facing Felony Charge for Sexual Misconduct

Kevin Spacey will reportedly be facing a sexual assault charge for allegedly assaulting the 16-year-old son of a Boston television news anchor.

This news comes just hours after the 59-year-old actor broke his silence for the first time in months and posted a bizarre video hinting at a comeback.

Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe disclosed to the Boston Globe that Kevin will be arraigned on a felony charge of indecent assault and battery at Nantucket District Court on January 7, 2019. If you don’t know, Journalist Heather Unruh accused Spacey of sexually assaulting her son in a bar in Nantucket in July of 2016.

“I want to see Kevin Spacey go to jail,” Heather told reporters last year. “I want to see Kevin Spacey have the hand of justice come down on him, not just for my son, but for the many others who have yet to speak their truth.”
