Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber bundle up in large winter jackets while stepping out for a lunch date on Monday (January 28) in New York City.

The married couple enjoyed a meal at the restaurant The Dutch in the SoHo neighborhood. They were joined by their pastor Carl Lentz.
