Nicki Minaj Wants To Be Treated Like Taylor Swift After Reflective Post About Her Career

Nicki Minaj is speaking out after some people criticized her reflective post about her debut mixtape Playtime Is Over.

In the Instagram post, the 36-year-old rapper called out other female musicians who have never credited her and journalists who have made fake accusations against her.

In the comment section, one fan asked that Nicki stop posting rants.

“I love Nicki but she has got to stop these rants. She bites the bait every time which is what they want,” the fan wrote in part of her comment.

Nicki did not appreciate the comment and wrote back, “Blocked for being fking dumb & wanting black women to keep being afraid to speak their truth. Taylor Swift can speak but I can’t?!”

It seems that Nicki is referencing Taylor‘s recent post about Scooter Braun buying her former record label, where she spoke openly about her thoughts on the matter.

While Taylor garnered support and sympathy from fans and other celebrities, Nicki received criticism.
