Phoebe on social media: “With social media, it’s definitely brought this warped idea of reality. I have friends who are the most beautiful women on the planet, and we all get on Instagram and feel like are not doing enough. I think it’s important for young girls to understand that it’s not just them, it’s on every level.”

Lauren on staying true to herself: “My best work comes from a place of not trying to change myself, and truly embracing my awkwardness, my shyness – the things that make me who I am.”

Halston on women in the media: “We are moving in a more promising direction in terms of the types of roles available to women.”
