The 33-year-old actor was joined on the blue carpet by Michael Sheen, who presented an award with Fruitvale Station‘s Octavia Spencer.

Joseph was nominated for Best First Screenplay for his work on Don Jon, which was won by Bob Nelson for the highly acclaimed film Nebraska.

Angelina Jolie gives us a glimpse of her beautiful smile while sitting with her fiance Brad Pitt inside at the 2014 Film Independent Spirit Awards held at the beach on Saturday (March 1) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The couple is in attendance to support the 50-year-old actor’s movie 12 Years a Slave, for which he is nominated for Best Feature as a producer on the film!

The film is up for seven awards in total, including Best Director for Steve McQueen and three awards for the actors.

The 31-year-old actress met up with her handsome Mad Men co-star Jon Hamm inside at the show.

The 36-year-old German actor was joined by his 12 Years a Slave co-star Sarah Paulson, who donned a floral ensemble.

Michael is nominated for Best Support Male for his work in 12 Years a Slave, which leads the awards with 7 nominations. Sarah will also be sharing the stage with her Mud co-stars while being honored with the Robert Altman Award.

The night before, Michael kept a low profile while touching down at LAX Airport.

The 42-year-old actor won the award for Best Supporting Male at the show for his work in the film Dallas Buyers Club.

During his acceptance speech, Jared joked about the rumors that he and fellow nominee Lupita Nyong’o were dating.

“I want to thank all the women I’ve been with and all the women who think they’ve been with me… and my future ex-wife Lupita,” Jared reportedly said. Lol!
