Sam Hunt takes to the piano for his performance at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 3) in Las Vegas.

The 31-year-old country artist sang his song “Make You Miss Me” at the awards event.

Sam had been nominated for Single Record of the Year and Album of the Year.

Earlier that afternoon, Sam showed off his partially shaved head as he walked the red carpet.

Chris Stapleton takes the stage during his huge night at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 3) in Las Vegas.

The 38-year-old country star performed his hit song “Fire Away” at the end of the night before the final award was announced.

Chris also won a huge award that evening…Male Vocalist of the Year! Congrats on the big night, Chris!

Little Big Town – Philip Sweet, Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, and Jimi Westbrook – hit the stage together to perform their song “Stay All Night” at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 3) in Las Vegas.

The band had a big night this evening as the group also won the Vocal Group of the Year award!

Tim McGraw sings his hit song “Humble and King” on stage at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 3) in Las Vegas.

The 48-year-old entertainer’s wife Faith Hill sent her hubby some support during his performance.

Katy Perry takes the stage with the legendary Dolly Parton to sing a duet of her hits at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 3) in Las Vegas.

The pair sang “Coat of Many Colors,” “Jolene,” and “9 to 5″ together that evening. Earlier, Dolly was awarded the Tex Ritter award for her work producing the TV movie Coat of Many Colors. The movie tells the story of Dolly‘s upbringing, and the country music world is featured prominently.

Miranda Lambert shares a laugh with Keith Urban during their performance on stage at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 3) in Las Vegas.

The 32-year-old entertainer, along with Keith and Billy Gibbons, sang a cover of ZZ Top‘s “Tush” and sounded awesome.

Miranda won big this evening as well with the Female Vocalist of the Year award, going up against some powerhouse ladies. Congrats on the big win!
