Heidi Klum is classy while attending the 2013 Made in NY Awards held at Gracie Mansion on Monday (June 10) in New York City.

The 40-year-old America’s Got Talent judge was honored at the awards, which recognizes “individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the city’s entertainment and digital media industries.”

This year’s other honorees include Barbara Walters, Alan Cumming, Spike Lee, Harvey and Bob Weinstein.

Earlier in the day, Heidi was spotted holding hands with her boyfriend and bodyguard Martin Kirsten in the Big Apple.

Also pictured: Heidi and Martin donning two different outfits while shopping and battling the rain on Tuesday (June 11) in New York City.

After 53 years, the legendary Barbara Walters has announced that she will be retiring from journalism in 2014.

“I am very happy with my decision and look forward to a wonderful and special year ahead both on The View and with ABC News,” the 83-year-old television journalist said in a statement. “I created The View and am delighted it will last beyond my leaving it.”

Barbara first began her career in television as an anchor on NBC’s the Today Show in 1961.

Katie Couric and Kelly Ripa hit the red carpet at The Hollywood Reporter’s Celebration of the 35 Most Powerful People in Media on Wednesday (April 10) in the Grill Room at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City.

The ladies were joined by Kelly‘s husband Mark Consuelos and Live! co-host Michael Strahan, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Piers Morgan, Barbara Walters, model Coco Rocha, Cobra Starship‘s Gabe Saporta with fiancee Erin Fetherston, Gayle King, Josh Lucas, Bridget Moynahan, and Olivia Palermo with beau Johannes Huebl.

Barbara Walters is reportedly set to retire from her long and successful career next year, THR reports.

The 83-year-old television host will make the announcement herself in the next coming weeks.

Barbara will stay on her talk show The View until May of 2014 to account for better transitions after the exits of Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Earlier this year, Barbara fell ill with the chicken pox before fainting and hitting her head, causing speculation that she would possibly retire soon.
