Danny Masterson Will Face a Second Rape Charges Trial
Danny Masterson is facing a new trial.
The 46-year-old That ’70s Show actor, accused of forcibly raping three women at his house in Hollywood between 2001 and 2003, has prosecutors pursuing a second trial after a jury could not reach a verdict in November.
“Our office has decided to retry this case,” Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller told the court, via Variety.

7 Original Stars from 'That '70s Show' Will Return for Netflix Sequel, One Actor Will Not
Netflix will soon be releasing a sequel series to That ’70s Show and the cast of the new show has been confirmed.
That ’90s Show will be set in 1995 and will feature Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp‘s characters Red and Kitty as grandparents.
It was confirmed that five other original cast members will make appearances in the upcoming series, while one star is not going to return.
Newcomer Callie Haverda will star in the series as “Leia Forman, the daughter of Eric and Donna, as she visits her grandparents for the summer and bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids,” according to THR.
