After a day-long manhunt, the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings has been captured alive.

Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, was found hiding inside a covered boat that sat in a backyard in Watertown, Mass. He is currently being transported to the hospital for unknown wounds.

Celebrities immediately took to Twitter to express their relief as well as their support for the Boston Police Department following the apprehension.

Ke$ha wears a penguin and panda patterned outfit while accepting the Wyler Award at the 2013 Genesis Awards Benefit Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday (March 23) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 26-year-old singer was honored by the Humane Society of the United States for spreading the word about “street dogs, the trophy hunting of endangered lions, shark-finning, Canada’s commercial seal slaughter, dogfighting and cruelty-free cosmetics, among many other important animal welfare concerns.”

Kaley Cuoco, who presented with basketball player Dwight Howard at the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards earlier in the day, was also in attendance.

Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco don their Rocky Horror Picture Show finest at the 2013 A Night at Sardi’s Gala benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association on Wednesday (March 20) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The Big Bang Theory co-stars performed “The Time Warp” from The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the event with the help of their cast mates Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Melissa Rauch, Mayim Bialik and Kunal Nayyar.

“This is the fifth year we, as The Big Bang cast, have come here to do a number to keep bringing attention to this cause” Jim told ET. “There is no cure yet and it’s just very important to keep attention on it until there is one.”

Selena Gomez sits courtside while watching the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Sacramento Kings on Sunday (March 17) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old actress’ new film Spring Breakers opened in limited release over the weekend and grossed huge numbers.

The flick opened in just three theaters and grossed $270,000 for a per theater average of $90,000, way more than any other film this weekend. In comparison, Lincoln grossed $85,846 per theater and Zero Dark Thirty grossed $83,430 per theater in their limited opening weekends.
