Maria Sharapova is totally glam at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show and Tea on Wednesday afternoon (October 26) at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.

Also seen in attendance at the event were Nicole Richie and January Jones, among many other celebs!

“I love fashion, style and appreciate architecture and design, which is why I wholeheartedly support what the CFDA does for the fashion community and especially for emerging designers. I have a history of partnering with the CFDA as brand ambassador for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer initiative and admire their commitment to the industry. I should mention, too, that some of my most favorite designers are previous recipients of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund — I’m excited to see who will be selected next,” Maria told JJ about the event.

Maria Sharapova introduces her “spooky” flavored Sugarpova gummies at the Sweet Factory on Sunday (October 9) in Las Vegas, Nev.

The 29-year-old tennis star tweeted some photos of her fun time at the event, along with a message: “A nice afternoon in Vegas meeting my fans. @Sugarpova sweet treats now available at all @SweetFactoryCo stores nationwide.”

Maria Sharapova‘s two-year ban from tennis has been reduced by nine months after her appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the New York Times reports.

The 29-year-old tennis pro was originally banned for two years for using a banned substance, but now will be able to return to the tennis court in April of 2017.

“I’ve gone from one of the toughest days of my career last March when I learned about my suspension to now, one of my happiest days, as I found out I can return to tennis in April,” Maria wrote on Facebook. “In so many ways, I feel like something I love was taken away from me and it will feel really good to have it back. Tennis is my passion and I have missed it. I am counting the days until I can return to the court. I have learned from this, and I hope the ITF has as well. CAS concluded that ‘the Panel has determined it does not agree with many of the conclusions of the [ITF] Tribunal…’”

“I have taken responsibility from the very beginning for not knowing that the over-the-counter supplement I had been taking for the last ten years was no longer allowed. But I also learned how much better other Federations were at notifying their athletes of the rule change, especially in Eastern Europe where Mildronate is commonly taken by millions of people,” Maria added. “And to my fans, I thank you so much for living and breathing so many of these tough months together. During this time, I have learned the true meaning of a fan and I am so fortunate to have had your support.”

Maria Sharapova flashes a bright smile as she goes out for a shopping trip on Monday (August 1) in Los Angeles.

That same day, the 29-year-old Russian tennis player showed off her athletic skills by participating in a friendly competition against some friends at Hermosa Beach.

Maria spent some time at the beach over the weekend as well.

“Crashed another birthday party,” she captioned a funny Instagram pic of her and her friend (below). Our specialty since we were 11 years old. #friends.”

Maria will not be participating in the Rio Olympics, as the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland postponed the date to hear her appeal for her two-year suspension.
