Ashanti accessorized her look with the cutest accessory at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards!

Just hours after it was revealed that she and Nelly were were indeed back together, the 42-year-old singer stepped out for the show on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., carrying a purse with their 2012 photo on it.

Ashanti‘s look also featured a sheer dress turtle bra on the pink carpet, where she was joined by PinkPantheress and Ice Spice.

Ice Spice was also seen inside the show, introducing one of the many performances before taking a seat next to Taylor Swift for the night. Here’s who else Taylor sat beside for the night.

Nicki Minaj is giving fans a first listen at a new song off of ucpoming album!

The 40-year-old rap icon hit the stage for a performance at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Nicki – who is also serving as host for the ceremony – first performed her latest single “Last Time That I Saw You,” before she decided to perform a few verses from an unnamed song that will be featured on her upcoming album Pink Friday 2.

Nicki will be releasing Pink Friday 2 on November 17.

Nicki is nominated for six awards tonight, including Artist of the Year and Video of the Year for “Super Freaky Girl.”

Reneé Rapp is owning her look at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards!

The 23-year-old “Snow Angel” singer and Sex Lives of College Girls star showed up at the event donning a stylish black ensemble on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Reneé is nominated for a pair of Moonmen for Best New Artist and Push Performance of the Year. She is also slated to present an award during the show.

“Snow Angel,” Reneé‘s debut album marks her shift from acting to music, a career change that she’s very happy with.

If you didn’t already see, Reneé recently opened up about the traumatic experience that inspired “Snow Angel.”

Anitta is a winner!!

The 30-year-old Brazilian superstar won the Best Latin award for her song “Funk Rave” at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

“I want to thank myself because I worked so hard,” Anitta said in her acceptance speech.

Earlier in the night, Anitta hit the stage for an electric performance of “Funk Rave” and “Used to Be.”

This is the second year in a row Anitta has won the Best Latin award. Last year, she won the same award for her song “Envolver.”

The 46-year-old musician took over the stage for a medley of 8 of her hit songs on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

“She Wolf,” “Te Felecito,” “TQG,” “Objection (Tango),” “Ojos Así,” “Whenever, Wherever,” “Hips Don’t Lie,” and “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53″ were all apart of the sizzling performance.

The 27-year-old hit the stage for a medley of her new songs during the awards show held on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Decked out in a gray blazer, white blouse, gray skirt, and red booties, Doja performed a few verses of her new songs “Paint the Town Red,” “Demons,” and “Attention.”

Doja was joined on stage by a group of backup dancers, who were drenched in blood.

Doja is nominated for five awards tonight – including Artist of the Year and Video of the Year for “Attention.”

A source is speaking out to reveal what Megan Thee Stallion and Justin Timberlake said to each other backstage at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.

A video went viral online after what appeared to be a tense moment backstage on Tuesday night (September 12) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

It looked like Justin approached Megan and said something to her, which led her to yell at him.

Well, the insider has explained that there was “zero fight” and it was actually a pretty friendly interaction that just looked completely different from the angle seen online.
